It all began in 2005 with a one acre parcel in Central Arkansas. Since that first acquisition, we have sold rural land to hundreds of customers across the Midsouth.  By teaming with investors and offering easy financing terms, each buyer is able to purchase the property of their dreams with only a small down payment.
